As one of Tulsa’s most successful developers,
Paul Coury has been involved in promoting the downtown and surrounding areas his whole career.
A Tulsa native and University of Tulsa graduate, Coury purchased his first commercial real
estate investment in 1983, and established himself as president of Coury Properties, Inc. in 1985.
Coury Properties began as a small firm of only two employees.
The changing needs of its clients and the changing dynamics of the city during the past 15 years
have led to numerous changes in Coury Properties. Coury Properties has developed into a
multimillion dollar business that has successfully liquidated more than $250 million in
commercial real estate in the past decade. Paul’s background in finance and banking
has provided an immense knowledge in structuring these many varied and complicated projects.
